ALL RMA’s ARE FOR EQUAL EXCHANGE ONLY
1. Return the completed form by FAX or MAIL to request an RMA#. An RMA # will be assigned to you and faxed/mailed back to you.
2. Each RMA# issued is valid for 14 days ONLY. All RMA’s must be accompanied with a copy of its RMA request form and a copy of original invoice.
3. RMA # must appear on outside of package, and/or address label.
4. Credit on returns for defective products must be returned within 15 days from date of invoice, and must include all packaging, software, documentation, etc.
5. Products found to be out-of-warranty or not belonging to Word Pro Systems will not be replaced. Instead, they will be returned back to the customer freight-collect.
6. User damaged products cannot be returned under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
7. There will be a service charge for all products returned if they test good. Service charges assessed as follows: components are $30.00 each plus freight. In addition, such products are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the price of the product(s).
8. After product(s) determined to be defective, replacement product(s) will be shipped to customer via ground transportation.

Systems is not liable for any damage or loss for returned products during
shipment and/or delivery.
