WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PAYMENT

  • Visa, Mastercard, Money Order, and Cashier’s Check are accepted for payment.
  • Published prices do not include shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes.
  • Customer is responsible for paying any freight charge caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods.
  • If tax exempt, buyer will provide Word Pro Systems, hereinafter Word Pro, with an exemption certificate in form and substance satisfactory to the relevant taxing authorities.
  • All legal and collection fees incurred by Word Pro Systems L.L.C. resulting from past due payment(s) are the responsibility of customer, whether or not suit is filed.
  • This sale contract is made and entered into within, and shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Venue shall lie exclusively in the courts of St. Louis City, Missouri.

WARRANTY

  • New equipment carries full manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise specified.  
  • Refurbished and/or used equipment carries 30 day parts exchange warranty, unless otherwise specified.  
  • CPUs carry a 30 day warranty.  
  • Original invoice must accompany warranty repairs/exchanges.  
  • All software is non-returnable.  
  • Word Pro makes no express or implied warranty of any kind for products with regard to performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.  Further, Word Pro is not responsible for any defect in products, loss or inaccuracy of data of any kind, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting therefrom.  
  • Word Pro does not guarantee product compatibility.  
  • Word Pro reserves the right to replace a defective product with another product of a different brand having similar technical specifications.  
  • All warranties VOID if damage caused from act of God, war, electrical faults, or misuse (i.e.  , lightning, water damage, electrical surge/spike, etc.  )
  • All warranties VOID if warranty seal is broken, removed, visible damaged or altered goods.

  • All published prices, availability and specifications are subject to change without notice.  
  • We are not responsible for accuracy, completeness, reliability, compatibility, content or availability of any information.  
  • Under no circumstances shall WPS be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, lost goodwill, lost resale profits, loss of data or software, work stoppage or impairment of other goods, and whether arising out of breach of any express or implied warranty, breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability of otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damage or if such damage could have been reasonable foreseen.  
  • Word Pro shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations when such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, any act of God, war, strike, riot, fire, flood, earthquake, lock-out, late or non-delivery by suppliers, shortage or unavailability of materials, components or transportation facilities, or any act, refusal to act, regulation, order or intervention of any governmental authority.  
  • The laws of the State of Missouri shall be governed by and construed in all respects.  Venue shall lie exclusively in the courts of St.  Louis City, Missouri.  

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • Customer must obtain an RMA number for any defective product.  RMA numbers are valid for fourteen(14) days only.  Any product returned without an RMA number on the outside of the package or with an RMA number over fourteen (14) days old will be rejected.  It is necessary that you report and return products promptly.  Problems reported after warranty ends may not be eligible for warranty repair or replacement.  
    • Call Word Pro with the following information
      • Call WPS (314)351-8111 immediately
      • Invoice number and date of the purchase
      • Serial number(s) of the components
      • Problem description
  • Items will not be cross-shipped for any reason
  • Returns must be complete with original packaging, all manuals, software, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc.  , just as you received them.  If the product is not returned in its entirety, a fee will be charged for missing items.  
  • All returns must have an RMA number clearly referenced on shipping label.  
  • The invoice must accompany return.  
  • All products must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer.  
  • Valid warranty product will be shipped back to customer via ground delivery.  Express shipping will be at additional costs to the customer.  
  • Customer will be charged additional for testing and repackaging when returned "Bad" items are found to have no problems or defects.  
  • Items found to be out of warranty or not belonging to WPS will not be replaced.  Instead, they will be returned back to the customer freight-collect.  

EXCHANGES

  • No exchanges after 7 days from invoice date.  
  • All sales are final.  
  • All exchanges must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer.  Furthermore, the customer is expected to insure all items being shipped back.  WPS not responsible for any losses or damages for such equipment.  
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee or a $15.00 fee, whichever is greater, on all cancelled and/or non-defective returned merchandise due to customer related issues.  
  • Original shipping and handling fee, along with return shipping charge are nonrefundable.  

    DISCREPANCIES & SHIPPING DAMAGE
  • For wrong items, missing items, or other discrepancy, customer should report to RMA department on the day in which the items were received.  
  • Any claims after one business day of receipt will not be honored.  
  • In case of shipping damage, customer should notify the carrier immediately and ask them to issue damage reports.  
  • Customer is responsible or paying any freight charge caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods.  
  • Word Pro will make every reasonable effort to deliver on time, however, Word Pro will not be liable for late or lost shipments.
